Item Slot is a character upgrade in Dead Trigger.

Overview

Item Slots are essential character upgrades which grant the player another item slot to carry items in. It allows all items to be equipped, though during missions, there is a limited amount of usage the player can get for certain items (i.e limit of two grenades per mission, unlimited use of Speed Booster).
