The Tarus is a premium "assault rifle" although its characteristics suggest it relates more to a rifle/anti-tank rifle.

It is extremely accurate and has high damage rivaling the most powerful shotguns in the game. Long range and manual fire is recommended as it only features a 10 round magazine and a very slow rate of fire.
