Overview
Appearance
Panzers wear heavy armor with black gloves. Their helmets have two bullet holes in it, and they were likely infected through their unprotected backs. Behind a panzer you can see their pants falling off and exposing his "plumber's crack".
For some reason they also appear very large, if you look in the back side you notice his body is large and slightly fat.
The German word "Panzer" translates to "armor", or tank. In military context, "Panzer" is used as a shortened form of "Panzerkampfwagen" (armored fighting vehicle) and in general, can be used to describe World War II German armor. Panzers are heavily protected from the front, have the possibility of dishing out enormous amounts of damage, but are quite vulnerable from the rear.
Panzers move slowly, but can fit under gates, tunnels, cracks in the wall, and mantle over barricades. They have a very high resistance to damage in the front due to their thick armor; however, when hurt sufficiently, zombie panzers get stunned and will turn around, exposing their vulnerable backside.
A panzer's attack is a broad swipe with his arm. This will knock Kyle and other survivors backwards and make them fall to the ground. This attack is very unbalanced: since panzers can often hit them again as soon as they stand, survivors and Kyle will keep getting knocked down and be unable to do anything until death. As with the other specials, they should try to avoid getting cornered by a Panzer whenever possible.
Hunting Eddie
When Kyle and his team are trying to find the Resistance Messenger in the UK, they find a panzer banging against a door. The panzer sees them and walks through the security checkpoint. He is eventually neutralized and they find Eddie, the Resistance Messenger.
Special Skills
A panzer is slow and stops moving when it is hit brutally. However, they have lots of health is very hard to kill. For extra damage, aim for the head. When Panzers punch Kyle and other survivors, they will be knocked down and lose lots of life. When a Panzer corners Kyle, hit it until the Panzer stops moving for a while. Then, run.
